I know Sanjeev since 1998, when we were doing a Training of Trainers and Assessors (TOTA) course together. When HIMT was established in 1998 I was the Principal Officer, MMD Chennai. At that time I was also the Chairman of the Southern Academic Council (under DGS) – which was responsible for inspection and approval of all institutes, including HIMT.
